$19 ouvre chaque course ensuite.

Lat, lon, and elevation from a GPX
Preset profiles are approximate. The band says so. They are planning shapes, not a survey you should treat as the official course map.
What the band contains
- A pace for each mile or kilometer, slowed on the uphills so the effort stays even.
- Cumulative clock time, so you know where you should be at each marker.
- Even effort, a negative split, or a conservative first 3 miles. The total still matches the goal.
- An elevation chart with the pace written on it.
- After you pay: the printable strip, a CSV, and three alternate finish times.

Commence par ta courseCourse Pace Band is a pacing chart, not a prediction that you will run the goal time, and not medical advice. Preset elevations are approximate planning profiles, not a survey. A GPX file is only as good as its elevation track. Heat, wind, and crowds will move the clock.
